There is significant potential for growth in Nigeria’s construction sector, and this growth can have a large impact on reducing poverty in the country. But the construction sector has so far failed the poor in many ways.  Low incomes and lack of job security are prevalent for the majority of workers.  Additionally, overall sector growth has been slower than it could be.
